Get ready for fresh excitement as seven new  cricket teams light up the 2024 T20 World Cup!

The 2024 T20 World Cup promises a refreshing injection of talent and passion with the arrival of seven new teams: Canada, Uganda, United States, Namibia, Oman, and Papua New Guinea (PNG).


The USA earned automatic qualification for the Men's T20 World Cup in 2024 as a co-host nation, alongside West Indies.


Namibia secured their spot in the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024 after a stellar performance at the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup Africa Qualifier in Windhoek.


Uganda made history by qualifying for the 2024 Men’s T20 World Cup after defeating Rwanda in the last round of matches in the Africa leg of the qualifiers.


PNG secured a spot in the 2024 Men’s T20 World Cup by defeating Philippines. They finished  at a first-place finish in the East Asia-Pacific Qualifier.


Oman qualified for the Men’s T20 World Cup 2024, to be played in West Indies and USA, through the Asia Qualifiers held in Nepal. Their emphatic victory over Bahrain in the semifinal sealed their qualification.


Nepal secured their place in the 2024 Men’s T20 World Cup by winning their semi-final at the ICC’s Asia region qualifiers against UAE.


Canada secured their qualification in the Americas T20 Regional Final. Overcoming an opening defeat against hosts Bermuda, they claimed the sole qualifying spot for the 2024 T20 World Cup.
